Terms and Conditions for TerraCraft Echo
Welcome to TerraCraft Echo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the purchase of our eco-friendly ceramic products, including sustainably sourced ceramic tableware, decorative eco-ceramics, custom eco-friendly ceramic art, and participation in our workshops on sustainable pottery. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these legally binding terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our online platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.
2. Products and Services
TerraCraft Echo offers a range of eco-friendly ceramic products, including:
- Sustainably sourced ceramic tableware
- Decorative eco-ceramics
- Custom eco-friendly ceramic art
Additionally, we provide workshops on sustainable pottery. All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly from their online representation due to the handmade nature of ceramics and variations in display settings. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our online platform are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure payment gateways to process transactions; however, we are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors.
4. Shipping and Delivery
TerraCraft Echo will make every reasonable effort to ship products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or shipping carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique and delicate nature of our handmade ceramic products, all sales are considered final. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items. Custom art orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
6. Workshop Participation
Enrollment in our sustainable pottery workshops requires advance registration and payment. Workshop fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your participation, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit towards a future workshop if notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date. No-shows will not receive a refund or credit. By participating in a workshop, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with pottery activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and ceramic designs, is the property of TerraCraft Echo or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our explicit written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use our online platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Our online platform and all products and services delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall TerraCraft Echo, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
